Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EveryShot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of the Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EveryShot. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account

You may use EveryShot without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

User-Generated Content

Course Tips

EveryShot allows you to submit course tips that may be visible to other users. By submitting a tip, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

Content Guidelines

User-generated content must not contain:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Sexually explicit material
• Personal information about others without their consent
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• False or misleading information
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without notice. We use automated systems and human review to enforce these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your golf data (scores, rounds, statistics). Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at everyshotapp@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by EveryShot and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as course databases). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Course information, yardages, and other golf data are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Always verify information with the course directly.

User-generated content (such as course tips) reflects the opinions of individual users and not EveryShot. We do not endorse or verify user-submitted content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
